Life is tough…take it out on a tree, not the kids!
Did you know that parents are the #1 perpetrator in most homicides of kids under the age of 5? (includes stepparents). More than 600 mothers kill their children each year.
I have 3 children and I’m still in my 20’s….with graying hair. They are wild and obnoxious at times…but other times they make my heart melt. How can anyone say that children are mistakes? These mothers who take their pain and anger out on their children have no hearts or compassion. They don’t care about anything but themselves. Honestly, I’ve been at the point to where i have wanted to pull my hair out or walk out the door and go kick a tree or something. I could never imagine taking that anger out on my children. They are children. They are supposed to be wild and carefree.
Caylee Anthony was just 2 years old when she went missing. She was missing a month before her mother even reported it. Ummmm….and she says that she loved her, and that she is not the one who killed her?? Yeah, ok. I think if I can’t find my child after 5 minutes of looking around the house I would be calling the police. I would be a complete train wreck!!
I understand most mothers suffer from depression. Hey, I have been there and done that. It’s all about knowing when enough is enough. Getting the help you need so you don’t hurt yourself or the ones you love. No child should have to suffer. We are mothers. We are the ones that God put in charge of taking care of his beloved children, just like our mother’s took care of us. Just like HE takes care of us.
